Booking & Payment
Once we accept the booking, we will be sent a confirmation email with more details info of the tour and what is necessary and your invoice. You can then check all the details and do the payment when everything is correct. After we receive the payment, we will be sent you another confirmation of your payment. Cancellation after payment is acceptable, with some condition. Full payment needs to be done at least:

2 months before for the international customers (because of the visa)

2 weeks before for domestic customers
Our fee might change at our consideration at any time. It is your responsibility to check the price before doing the full payment. Once you have done the payment, no more fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Regarding cancellation of the tour by you, here is the policy we have

Cancellation on more than 2 weeks before the tour start, you will need to pay $150 cancellation fee and we will refund your full payment.

Cancellation 2 weeks before the tour start, you will need to pay $150 cancellation fee and 40% of your payment.

Cancellation on the start date or not show up for the tour, you will need to pay $150 cancellation fee and no refund will be made.

For international customers, you will need to pay $290 for the cancellation fee + visa fee
Transfer of a Tour
Some activities might not suitable for your condition. You must let the tour guide know beforehand and not participate in the activity. You cannot transfer your tour to anyone. If you cannot come to join, the cancellation policy will apply.
Age and Health
You must be at least 18 years old, or if you are under 18 you will need a legal guardian that at least 18 years old. The participation in such activity will be your own risk, as you are already read and fully understand the term & condition.
